Plaintiff, Robert Quinton, appeals pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 304(a) (134 Ill. 2d R. 304(a)) from an order of the circuit court of Lake County granting defendant’s, Glenn Kuffer’s, motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff’s complaint alleged, among other things, that defendant was negligent in failing to warn plaintiff of a label entitled “flammable” on defendant’s 55-gallon drum which plaintiff was cutting with a torch for defendant.
