This appeal comes from a judgment in an action in ejectment filed by appellee against appellants.
Jas. H. A. Baker was the owner of certain property in the city of Bussellville, subject to the life estate of Martha Bryant. On April 10, 1930, Baker contracted to sell his interest in said property to Lawrence Bryant for $443.92, payable, $100 cash, and’ the balance in four annual payments, evidenced by four interest-bearing notes.
