Horace H. and E. L. Peek filed tbeir petition against J. R. Irwin as administrator of the estate of Lizzie Peek Irwin, in which they made these allegations: The estate of Lizzie Peek *376Irwin, is indebted to petitioners in the sum of $2,295.85 for attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred by them in the probate of the will made by Lizzie Peek Irwin, wherein she appointed petitioners executors thereof.
