Error to the Court of Civil Appeals for the Third District in an appeal from Johnson County. Mrs. Overton sued the railway company and recovered judgment. Defendant appealed and on affirmance obtained writ of error.

The Honorable Court of Civil Appeals refers for a statement of the facts in this case to Gulf, C. & S. F. Ry. Co. v. Coopwood, 96 S. W. Rep., 102, and from the facts stated in that case we make the following condensed statement: Mrs. M. J. Coopwood was a widow whose family consisted of an unmarried daughter, Miss Minnie, a granddaughter and the appellee, who was a widow and resided with her mother.
