The appellants, Logistics Information Systems, Inc. (“Logistics”), William Sper-beck, and Arclogix, Inc. (“Arclogix”), appeal from a final judgment and a final order of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts in favor of the appellee, the Chapter 7 Trustee of Logistics, Joseph Braunstein. The bankruptcy court held that asset transfers made by Logistics to or for the benefit of Arclogix were fraudulent conveyances.
