—Order unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: Plaintiffs commenced this action seeking damages for personal injuries sustained by Marion DiSano (plaintiff) when she allegedly slipped on ice and fell in a parking lot owned by defendant The Widewaters Group, d/b/a Hard Road Association (Widewaters), and leased to defendant K-Mart.
