State v. Shumate

This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals dated July 20, 1981, which dismissed as moot an appeal from an order of the circuit court for Milwaukee county, TED E. WEDE-MEYER, JR., Circuit Judge, denying Shumate’s application for bail pending a federal habeas corpus proceeding in the United States District Court. We vacate the decision of the court of appeals dismissing the appeal and affirm the circuit court’s order denying the application for bail.
