— Appeals by defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Agresta, J.), both rendered November 19,1981, convicting him of robbery in the first degree and burglary in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and of manslaughter in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentences.

Judgments affirmed.
