This case is before us on appeal by Mrs. Edith Conrad Daum from a decree of the Chancery Court of Pearl River County denying her claim to certain funds paid *860over by tbe Civil Service Commission of tbe United States to the administrator de bonis non cum testamento annexo of the.estate of Mattie Wallace Conrad, deceased, and ordering, the payment of said funds to the brothers and sisters, of the deceased.
