BAIRD, Judge,
delivered the unanimous opinion of the court.
Appellant, Kent Weightman, was charged with and convicted of nine counts of theft of trade secrets and two counts of commercial bribery. Tex. Penal Code Ann. §§ 31.05 and 32.43(c)(Vernon 1989). 1 Specifically, the indictments charged theft of machinery drawings. The trial judge sentenced Weightman to five years confinement for each count.
