Defendant, Sonny Lee, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on jury verdicts finding him guilty of second degree kidnapping, two counts of first degree sexual assault, and accessory to a crime. We affirm.

Defendant was one of six men who kidnapped and sexually assaulted a woman in Boulder County in 1999. After his- arrest, defendant was transferred to the Adams County jail for the purpose of recording his telephone conversations because, as a suspected gang member, he posed a security threat for possible retaliation against the witnesses and because he had stated…
