Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Warren County (Hall Jr., J.), rendered January 15, 2013, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of strangulation in the second degree.

Defendant waived indictment and, pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement that also satisfied other related charges, pleaded guilty to a superior court information charging him with strangulation in the second degree and waived his right to appeal.
