Following the denial of their motions for new trial, Latashe Dee Burroughs appeals her bench conviction and sentence for trafficking in cocaine, OCGA § 16-13-31 (a), and co-defendant Eugene King, Jr., appeals his bench conviction and sentence for possession of cocaine, OCGA § 16-13-30, in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, OCGA § 16-13-20 et seq.
