OPINION OF THE COURT

CARTER, Judge:

An officer panel sitting as a special court-martial convicted appellant, contrary to her pleas, of making a false official statement and wrongfully and falsely making a permanent pregnancy profile, in violation of Articles 107 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 907 and 934 [hereinafter UCMJ].
