TIREY, Justice.

This is an action by Julia Aliene Dickinson against her husband, Jack Mason Dickinson, for a divorce and custody of their eleven months old daughter. In a trial before the court without a jury and without the appearance of defendant, the court granted the divorce and awarded the care and custody of the daughter to plaintiff and decreed that the defendant pay into the registry of the court the sum of $25 per month for the support of said child. Defendant has appealed by writ of error.
