Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Crecca, J.), rendered October 3, 2005, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (three counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant’s contention, viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prosecution (see People v Contes, 60 NY2d 620, 621 [1983]), it was legally sufficient to establish his identity as the perpetrator (see People v Chase, 60 AD3d 1077, 1078 [2009]).
