After trial, the court, in accordance with its decision on the record, directed judgment in favor of plaintiff against defendant for breach of contract relating to repairs to be made on a certain automobile by defendant. Other causes of action for fraudulent misrepresentation and for conversion of the automobile were not sustained. With respect to the conversion cause of action, the court found for the defend-. ant, since plaintiff failed to prove damages.
