On January 6, 2011, Plaintiff Susan Augustus, acting pro se, filed her complaint against Defendant AHRC Nassau, her former employer, pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, codified at 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”), and the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, codified at 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq. (“FMLA”).
