This is an appeal of two summary judgments in a lawsuit about a failed condominium construction project. Appellant Dorsett Brothers Concrete Supply, Inc. (“Dorsett Concrete”) sued Safeco Title Insurance, Co. (“Safeco Title”) for misrepresentation, breach of third-party-beneficiary contract, negligence, negligence per se, and breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing.
