OPINION

MURNAGHAN, Circuit Judge:

Larry Chin (“Chin”), defendant-appellant, has appealed his conviction for the distribution of heroin and other drug-related crimes. For the following reasons, we, with one exception, have concluded to affirm.

Chin was one of several individuals arrested as the result of a Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”) undercover operation run out of an automotive repair shop (“the shop”) located in Arlington, Virginia.…
