Appellee, J. E. Brown, sued E. A. Morris and S. M. Allgood, in trover and in trespass, to recover damages for the wrongful conversion and taking of a sawmill outfit, consisting of a boiler, engine, shingle mill, planer, gristmill, rocks, belting, implements, etc., identified as being those sold by E. A. Morris to E. W. Glenn, and Frank Gossett. A trial was had upon the *392general issue, and resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff for $1,500.
