Motion by nonparty Errol Blank for an order vacating the April 18, 1995 order of this court is denied. Plaintiffs allege that they held 72,000 shares of stock as security for a loan to defendant David Levy; that defendant Arthur Rottenstein, a stockbroker and financial adviser, induced plaintiffs to deliver the stock to him; that Rottenstein thereafter delivered the stock to Levy, who delivered it to attorney Errol Blank.
