The county collector of Ford county made application in the county court for judgment and order of sale against the lands of defendants in error for delinquent drainage assessments levied by Union Drainage District No. i of the towns of Mona and Pella, in the county of Ford, and the town of Sullivan, in the county of Livingston. The court sustained the objections interposed by defendants in error and denied judgment. This writ of error was sued out to review that order. .
