CHRISTIAN, Judge.

The offense is robbery; the punishment, confinement in the penitentiary for twelve years.

Appellant was arrested along with Schuyler B. Marshall, Jr., Herbert Scales, and Bob Kelly on a charge of burglary of a bank in the town of Ferris, Ellis county, Texas. The night .watchman in Ferris testified that two parties held him up at the point of a pistol, robbed him of his pistol and flashlight, carried him with them to the bank, broke into the building, and attempted to enter the vault.
