*1194Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Allegany County (Michael L. Nenno, A.J.), entered May 16, 2003. The judgment, among other things, enjoined defendants from further violations of a Village ordinance.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
