This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Washington county dismissing the bill of complaint filed by appellants against appellees. The case is as follows: Appellants are general creditors of J. Powell Royall and his wife, Jennie Bowen Royall. In the year 1914, J. Powell Royall purchased from J. G. Buston a tract of land situated in the town of Tazewell, upon which he erected a handsome and commodious residence.
