This is an action on a promissory note signed "Dickinson Baseball Association by J.C. Anderson, President, and Fred J. Flury, Secretary." The Dickinson Baseball Association was a voluntary association composed of a large number of the residents of Dickinson and organized for the purpose of furnishing baseball amusement during the season of 1921.
