Contractor Success Group, Inc. (CSG), along with its president, John Young, and chief executive officer, James D. Abrams, appeal from a judgment holding that a settlement agreement it purportedly entered into with Service Thrust Organization, Inc. (STO), and Air Conditioning by Luquire, Inc. (ACL), is valid and binding upon all the parties.
