Isaiah R Clark and Henry B. Cram, surviving executors of the last will and testament of Charles F. Wright, deceased, filed a bill of complaint in the Superior Court of Cook county against Frank B. Chandler, Anna S. Chandler, Buckingham Chandler and Bosalie A. Selfridge. The defendants filed a demurrer, which was sustained and the bill dismissed at complainants’ costs. They prayed for and were allowed an appeal to the Supreme Court.
