Tbe appellant, Sarah Dunbar, is tbe widow of Bryan Dunbar, wbo died in March, 1912. They were married August 24th, 1893, and one child, the appellant, Luther Dunbar, is the only issue of the marriage. Bryan Dunbar had two children by a former marriage, and they are Emma Meadows and Sarah Flanagan, the appellees. He *276was a Federal soldier and a pensioner. Prior to Ms marriage with, the appellant, he owned 160 acres of land, worth about $4,000. After his marriage he purchased 31 acres nearby, but this last purchase is in the hills and not very…
