This is an action in mandamus, to require the board of supervisors of Emmet County, Iowa, to divide the township of Estherville into two townships. The petition of the electors to the board of supervisors is predi-cated on the provisions of Section 554, Code of 1897 (Sections 5531 and 5532, Code of 1924).
