OPINION
MINGE, Judge.
Relator, who is hearing impaired, claims that Minn.Stat. § 268.085, subd. 4(c) (2002), which declares that persons who file for or receive Social Security disability benefits are ineligible for unemployment benefits, violates the Americans with Disabilities Act.
