Reversing.

This record is made up of two consolidated actions involving the title to the same property, that is, a lot 105 feet square on Depot street in the city of Corbin. The lot is substantially vacant although there is a small building on it known as the “Tin House” which appears to have been erected in 1919 under the authority of S. H. Kash, husband of appellant, Neeta Kash. There is also a small brick structure on the property clandestinely erected by D. T. Chestnut about 1921.
