People v. Milian

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Third District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Milian, case No. 3-15-0212 (07/21/17). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Easton, 2018 IL 122187, on the issue of whether defense counsel filed a valid Rule 604(d) certificate, and determine if a different result is warranted.
