In this action plaintiff seeks to have a policy of insurance, issued by defendant upon the Ufe of her mother, reformed, and then to have judgment in plaintiff’s favor for the amount of the policy. The contract is of the kind known as an industrial policy and is for the sum of $500, the premiums on which were $1.25 per week. The policy provides that, upon the death of the insured the amount of the policy will be paid “ to the executors or administrators of the insured, unless payment be made under the provisions of the next succeeding paragraph.” The succeeding paragraph referred to is called…
