Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Robert Seewald, J.), rendered *224November 3, 1999, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in or near school grounds, criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 4 to 12 years on the sale convictions and 3 to 9 years on the possession conviction, unanimously affirmed.
