By the Gourt The defendants, partners, entered into a contract to furnish materials for, erect and complete (with the exception of painting) a three story brick and stone building for W. M. & J. A. Stees, according to *306certain specifications — al'l of the materials to be of the best quality generally used for the purpose required — and the work to be done in the most workmanlike manner.
