This writ of error is prosecuted by the Illinois Central Railroad Company to review an order of the county court of Douglas county establishing a sub-district in the Hayes Branch Drainage District of that county, which sub-district includes a portion of its right of way. The proceeding was commenced by the commissioners of the district, who filed in the county court of Douglas county their special report and a petition for the organization of a sub-district within the boundaries of the original district.
