¶1 Grizzly Security Armored Express, Inc. (Grizzly Security), filed suit against Bancard Services, Inc. (Bancard), and Leland Ruzicka and B&B Lounge, Inc. (collectively Ruzicka) relating to circumstances surrounding a data entry error that resulted in a substantial sum of money being deposited into the wrong bank account.
