William A. Duguid Co. v. Hundman Rental Properties

Plaintiff, as lessee of certain property in Normal, Illinois, brought suit against defendant, as lessor, for damages for breach of the covenant of quiet enjoyment. The circuit court of McLean County entered summary judgment for defendant and this appeal followed.
