MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO ADD POSTPETITION CREDITORS AND PAY LESS THAN 100%

This Chapter 13 debtor filed a motion to modify his confirmed plan pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1329 to include a postpetition unsecured creditor in his plan and to pay that creditor the “percentage available” rather than one hundred percent.
