In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant County of Nassau appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Roncallo, J.), entered December 19, 1986, which, upon a jury verdict on the issue of liability, apportioned 10% of the fault to the plaintiff and 90% of the fault to the County of Nassau, and, upon a further jury verdict on the issue of damages, is in favor of the plaintiff and against it in the principal sum of $95,000.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs to the plaintiff.
