Ferguson, Judge:

Arraigned and tried before a general court-martial convened at the United States Naval Station, San Diego, California, by the Commandant, Eleventh Naval District, the accused pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy, signing a false official record, larceny, and bribery, in violation, respectively, of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Articles 81, 107, 121, and 134, 10 USC §§ 881, 907, 921, and 934.
