This is a bill to enjoin the defendants from interfering with the alleged rights of the plaintiff in a right of way, and to compel the defendants to replace certain *581steps erected on the way and removed by the defendants. The defendants deny the allegations of the bill and allege that the plaintiff has obstructed the way in violation of their rights, and pray that the plaintiff be enjoined from interfering with the defendants’ use of the way.
