MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court after Hearing on the Trustee’s Motion for Approval of and Authority to Perform Compromise and Settlement Agreement with Zula J. Wolfram. The Securities Investor Protection Corporation filed a Memorandum in opposition to the proposed settlement. At the Hearing, the parties had the opportunity to present the evidence and arguments they wished the Court to consider in reaching its decision.
