plaintiff obtained judgment and issued execution ¡seizing, under garnishment process, tke wages which were due defendant. Tke latter enjoined the seizure on the ground that he is a laborer and his wages as suck are therefore exempt; that in any event all wages and salaries, atnd generally- the -recompenses for any personal service -are exempt from seizure for -debt.
