OPINION OF THE COURT

RAICHLE, Senior Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was found guilty, by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members, of two specifications of larceny, wrongfully soliciting two people to make a false statement to the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), and seven * specifications of violating Air Force Regulation 30-30, Standards of Conduct (26 May 1989) (AFR 30-30), in violation of Articles 121, 134, and 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921, 934, 892 (1988).
