*736Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (J. Goldberg, J.), rendered August 12, 2010, convicting him of robbery in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant failed to preserve for appellate review his contention that there was legally insufficient proof of his identity (see CPL 470.05 [2]; People v Hawkins, 11 NY3d 484, 491-492 [2008]).
