Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Demarest, J), entered May 13, 2004 in St. Lawrence County, which dismissed petitioner’s applications, in three proceedings *621pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review respondents’ determinations denying petitioner’s requests for real property tax exemptions.
