*559In a probate proceeding, the objectant Carmela Ortolano appeals from an order of the Surrogate’s Court, Richmond County (Fusco, S.), dated September 28, 2005, which granted that branch of the motion of the petitioner Joseph Richichi which was for summary judgment determining that certain bank and brokerage accounts are assets of the decedent’s estate.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
